Highland Clerk-Treasurer - Election District

Highland has five councilmen representing each of its five geographic wards. Although each councilman must live in the ward he represents, every Highland voter is allowed to vote for all five elected council members. Each councilman is elected to a four-year term.

• WARD 1: Bernie Zemen, vice president
• WARD 2: Toya Smith, councilwoman
• WARD 3: Mark Schocke, councilman
• WARD 4: Tom Black, president
• WARD 5: Roger Sheeman, councilman
