Highland Safe Streets for All

Highland enlisted American Structurepoint, funded by a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) planning grant from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), to develop a comprehensive safety action plan to enhace roadway safety and reduce collisions. 

Adopted March 24, 2025, the plan identifies where specific projects can improve safety and reviews policies to determine potential improvements.
