Blue and Gold Towers Above South Highland
The tarp is off. The blue-and-gold is fulyl visible on the million-gallon water tank in south Highland. It will be the end of the month before the tank is back in service. In the meantime, the interior paint will be allowed to fully dry. The color palette — clear sky and lemon yellow outlined in true blue — pays homage to the Highland Trojans. Public Works Director Mark Knesek says the $800,000 project is part of regular maintenance - typically once a decade.

Hours and Requirements to Access the Dump
8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday- through Saturday Closed on holidays (No Saturday hours from mid-December to the first full week of March)
